Summit Housing has expanded again!  We are now working with the Van Wert County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities.  We look forward to working hand in hand with these new counties and providing beautiful homes for our very deserving tenants.

Summit Housing has teamed up with the Knox DD Board as well as the Paulding DD Board to obtain new properties in those counties. Once renovations are complete, the tenants will have a beautiful, updated, and accessible home to call their own. Summit Housing is also in negotiations with Van Wert County, and plans to continue growing into other counties.
