Summit Housing has teamed up with the Knox DD Board as well as the Paulding DD Board to obtain new properties in those counties. Once renovations are complete, the tenants will have a beautiful, updated, and accessible home to call their own. Summit Housing is also in negotiations with Van Wert County, and plans to continue growing into other counties.

New to our inventory of properties in Summit County is 5012/5016 Fishcreek Drive and 4394/4398 Larkdale Drive, both nestled in the beautiful City of Stow.

The Fishcreek property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom per unit. Each unit has an attached garage and full basement.
